Do You Yoga

Hey guys,

I came across Do You Yoga about a year ago and I'm so glad I did! I mainly use the gym for weights training and cardio as I am confident in these areas. However Do You Yoga has given me the opportunity as a beginner to become part of the community in my own home.

Firstly i started off with the free 30 day beginner yoga ️course by Erin Motz and the short videos allowed me to quickly understand flows and different techniques from this to the meditation ️course it allowed me to think that I want to learn more.

I now upgraded to the premium account where it does charge a fee but it equates to the same amount if not less than gym classes but it's longer classes and more niche allowing me to focus on different areas.

Although I am paying for it, I did have a free account allowing me to do the free challenged which range from fat loss to meditation and the teachers are amazing.

The benefit of Do You Yoga is the information that you gain from it, also the community is very large and everyone can share their thoughts and you can learn a lot from others!

Definitely a thing to look at girls and guys!

Wish List January 2016

Hey guys!

Can't believe its been so long since my last post but basically I've been working hard on my assignments, my new job and revision for my exams!

A nervous time but it's made me realise I love blogging and shouldn't stop!

So whilst an Ebook is being downloaded for some reading I am starting this blog post!

I've worked hard over the Christmas period and I want to treat myself! I've budgeted my money for savings but I need to treat myself!

My birthday is next month and I have booked myself a booth at a local nightclub which I am really looking forward to do I can start my twenties in style! But after my rent is paid I have decided to treat myself to the following items!

Obviously my love for shopping hasn't changed but unfortunately my favourite black ripped jeans has got a rip on it in a very funny yet awful placed (right under the bum) don't know how but clearly I wear them too much! So back to topshop to buy these beauties!

Right after my last blog post my best friend Chloe came to visit and we went out! When we go out we always have the best times and have the best stories we just get each other so well! Somehow as I took an unfortunate tumble off of a sofa (again don't ask how I blame the prosecco!) my bronzer fell out and I miss it! So bronzer and topshop glow pot is another item I need! I recently bought a few highlighters and NARS translucent setting powder and it's the best makeup I have used so need a few things to compliment them!

I NEED this dress! My birthday falls on a Wednesday and the nightclub I am going to it's a student event so dress code is casual but it's my 20th and this dress from Missguided is gorgeous as its my favourite colour black and I own no other colours I need this dress soon!

How lush are these sunglasses from ASOS?! okay, I know it's winter but by March it will be sunny and I am a summer girl and I really want a nice selection of sunglasses and these are so lush! Think these will suit my edgy fashion style!

Yes I know this isn't a product but I need the sassy personality of Pia Mia. I am seriously girl crushing right now! She has the most amazing tan and I always use fake tan so I need to purchase more, her eyebrows are insane and I need mine waxed and tinted again! She also looks so fit it's unreal so I really wanna continue with my fitness but also yoga and meditation to feel good about myself!

Quite ironic my saying that as I am about to stuff my face with a dominoes but it's been a tough day! However I do have lots of healthy food in my fridge to indulge in tomorrow!

So good to be blogging again!
Thinking my next blog post will be about yoga and meditation and how it's helped me!

Wild, Wild, Wild...

Hey,

So since I've been back at uni I have started to work out again since my holiday and being ill for 3 weeks! I've started the Kayla Itsines 12 Week Guide 1, the first session did me good! Forgot how hard these sessions were but so rewarding! Even after stretching and yoga I had DOMs all over! But I am feeling alot better and gaining more shape!

I do miss going to Fitspace but it's too far to travel however I have decided to join the gym at uni for unlimited access to classes so me and my lovely housemates can do workouts together and I plan to do endurance spin classes for LISS but also HIIT, Pump (a weights/barbell based class) and Yoga!

Now, I have made a life changing decision... I've always chosen chocolate or vanilla protein and for me those flavours were always too sweet/sickly for me. But I bought The Protein Works - Protein Whey 80 Concentrate in Wild Raspberry flavour. It's amazing! Honestly it tastes exactly like a raspberry sorbet or like having raspberry sauce on top of vanilla ice cream and I cannot get enough! I seriously recommend trying all the different flavours as there are many! Also look at the different types of protein too! The Protein Works offers so many different products and at a great price too!

I am currently writing this in bed resting after my full body 30 minute resistance circuit workout having my shake at this moment and I'm craving more! is that bad?

Havea good rest of the week!

Fake Bake Delight

Hey guys,

As a fair skinned girl I find it very difficult to tan and I like being tanned! I love being pale because its who I am but I prefer being tanned as I feel healthier! But in the UK I don't tan even in a heat wave and if I do tan I burn. But abroad when I went to Turkey I had a great tan and it lasted a week! As I said in my last blog Cyprus made me look like a tomato! I've tried several Fake Tans which give me a glisten of sunkissed look but it wasn't enough for me I wanted an Instant Tan that lasted me a week at least without looking too orange or tanned as it would'nt look natural!

So after trying 4 fake tans, I decided to try Fake Bake. I bought the Beyond Bronze, Instant Wash off Premium Tan for Face and Body - Matte Medium. I've always used mousse's before but I found that the matte applied alot better but also the colour seemed alot more darker too and I only needed to apply 1 layer as previously I needed to apply 2 or more to get the right level of tan. I got this product from Boots and it was around £9 if I remember correctly! I've had this tan on for 4/5 days now and the tan is still very much there! It's a great level of tan, easy to apply and dries really fast!

As a student, I like to go out a few times a week so this product is great to keep on top of your tan and to maintain it and especially for me preserving my holiday tan! Also the smell of the tan is nice compared to others as it's not too over-powering. So ladies (or guys) make sure you check out their products cause there is a wide range of stuff they have!

Fake Bake - you now have an avid fan and user of your products!

End of Summer Blow Out - New Chapter

Hi Guys!

Welcome to my new blog and my first post. I decided to start a new blog because I found that I lost focus over the summer and decided to start afresh especially as I am starting my second year at university! This summer I worked 6 days a week and 30+ hours a week so that pretty much took up my whole summer and unfortunately I lost my best friend and had to do the unimaginable and put our loving pet dog down Rocky, he was only 8 years old but kept having to have operations due to tumours and it was the hardest thing I've had to go through and my family as well. However, although we are still feeling so guilty we are glad that he is no longer in pain and our whole world is lost without him.

However, I went to Ayia Napa, Cyprus recently which has been booked for a while and although I felt guilty because it was so soon after Rocky it was great for me to get away and enjoy myself before I headed back to university. I went with my closest friend Chloe, we departed from Gatwick Airport which compared to other airports I've flown to its massive! We flew with Thomson and luckily flew on it's new plane the Dreamliner, which was amazing for many reasons! 1. They had TV's to watch movies, music, games and much more 2. Had rainbow lighting in the aisle 3. We were able to dim outr windows if we wanted to sleep. Flying into Larnaca was amazing because we flew right over the beach and the heat hit you straight away.

We arrived to our hotel, Petrosana Apartments, it was stunningly beautiful, clean, friendly staff and so close to everything central of Ayia Napa! Now our main timetable of our holiday was to wake up (whatever time that was usually 1pm) breakfast, go to the pool, beach or shopping then go out in the evening. Now the food was amazing and so cheap, it was mainly british food but we found an amazing Chinese restaurant by far the most amazing food we have ever tasted! We went to two beaches, Sunny Bay Beach about a 5 minute walk away, windy but quiet which made it so nice to relax and on the first day I may have got really bad sunburn! But no matter how much suncream I put on me and my pale skin will always burn! But it soon went to a nice brown! There was also Nissi Beach about a 10 minute taxi ride (8 euros) it was stunning, the sea was so blue and warm and wasn't windy but had the most amazing umbrellas for shade, definitely recommend visiting this place!

The main attraction to our holiday was definitely the bars and clubs! It was end of season so was quiet but still busy and there weren't as many Brits as I thought there would be but we got to meet amazing people from so many countries! We would start off in Craigs Bar so cheap and is 2.50 euro for a drink and 3 shots so that got us going for the night! Next was Simos Bar with the best two reps there every night they were so accomodating and funny and always got us drunk witht the 2 litre fishbowl but they were so entertaining! Next up was Carwash, we went in there once and I would think of Popworld or Decade Music to describe this so it was refreshing. Then came Rubix Bar where you could get many offers especially our favourite free cocktail offer! We had a cocktail called the Singapore (something - can't remember the rest!) but Rob the rep persuaded us to get the Cherry Kiss which was amazing so thank you Rob you are an awesome rep! I would also recommend Aruba, Black n White and Starskys bar they have awesome deals and have amazing music! We met so many people and made amazing memories! But the best of all was on the last night getting my nose peirced and my first tattoo matching with my friend. We both got love hearts and I got mine on the back of my neck!

All together it was an amazing holiday and I have serious Napa Blues!

So this is the start of my new blog. It will include, live music events, fitness blogs, my never changing choker all black outfits and more!

Although my recent purchase of this Miss Guided dress is about 3% of my bright coloured clothing!

See you soon for my next blog!
Its all about moving day into my new house in Bournemouth ready to start second year!

Bye xo
